Our People (At Your Service)

In 2009, co-founders Graham O'Reilly and Matt Baker started an ambiious Email Security company in England, with the goal taking the best technology to market with exceptional service. In 2013 they created the EveryCloud brand and the company launched in the USA & Australia and began to support global customers. EveryCloud went on to develop new Mail Flow Monitoring and Security Awareness Training and Simulation products. Today we serve millions of users on our combined platforms and support over 9,000 organizations worldwide who use EveryCloud to protect, simulate, train and monitor. At our core are amazing people: ours and yours.

  • Graham O'Reilly


    CEO & Co-Founder

    Graham is CEO of EveryCloud. Following senior management positions with AVG, Panda Software and Intuit, he Co-Founded EveryCloud to bring outstanding service and technology to IT departments. 

  • Matt Baker


    Co-Founder

    Matt is a Co-Founder of EveryCloud. He was the first to bring our Technology to the UK, following senior roles at Panda Software and a variety of successful telecoms businesses.

  • Paula George


    COO

    Paula is focused on giving our customers a fantastic experience throughout all areas of the business. She joined EveryCloud in 2011, having previously been in a senior position at powwownow.

  • Wendy Park


    Accounts Receivable Manager

    Wendy joined EveryCloud in 2011 as Office Manager after working for the likes of Nationwide Building Society and Barnardos. Her part time role grew as the company grew and eventually became full time and then more! In 2018, she became our Accounts Receivable Manager. Wendy thrives on challenges and is always on hand for colleague and customer queries.

    Customer Success

    Morgan joined EveryCloud as Accounts Receivable Assistant in 2018. She was quickly promoted to a Customer Success role in which she works directly with customers to ensure they are completely happy.

    Chris has helped guide EveryCloud's finances since the early stages and works with us to ensure we're in the best possible shape across all territories.

    Sales Manager

    As EveryCloud’s Sales Manager, Stephen is focused on giving value to customers. He joined us in 2015, having been in Sales Management roles at ESET and AVG Technologies.

    Channel Manager

    As EveryCloud's Channel Manager, Tracy is focused on giving value to our Americas Partners. She joined EveryCloud in 2019, coming from an established career in Enterprise SaaS Sales. 

  • Cheryl Johnston


    Sales Support

    Cheryl helps our Business Development team to be as effective as possible, whilst making sure our renewals process works well for our customers. She previously worked as Field Sales Support with Harper Collins Publishers, where she would facilitate appointments with Teachers.

  • Louis Baker


    Customer Success UK

    Louis handles Customer Success for EveryCloud in the UK. He joined the company in 2018 to help out with Mailflow Monitor onboarding.

  • Susy Bruno


    Customer Success US

    Susy handles Customer Success for EveryCloud in the US. She joined the company in 2019 and works from London.

  • Binod Lamsal


    Lead Developer

    Binod is our Lead Developer. He's the engine behind our SaaS Mail Flow Monitor and is responsible for our core websites, including our Marketplace for IT Pros. Binod was previously a Web Development Team Leader at View9.

  • Matt Frye


    Global Support Manager

    Matt Frye is EveryCloud's Global Support Manager. He heads up our team of engineers and has overall responsibility for the support experience. Matt's previous role was leading the technical team at Alliance Systems.

    Support Engineer

    Ray has been a Support Engineer with EveryCloud since the early days. He helps ensure that our clients get the best experience possible when using our products.

    Support Engineer

    Tim is an EveryCloud Support Engineer with nearly 20 years experience in IT. He helps ensure that our clients get the best experience possible when using our products. Prior to joining EveryCloud, Tim had worked for the DOD and several law firms and small businesses.

    Anna has been with EveryCloud since 2017. She's focused on on-boarding Partners and End Customers to give them the best possible experience with our products.

    Marketing Assistant

    Anna is EveryClouds Marketing Assistant helping us with copywriting and outreach. She's worked with Coupofy, Fivver and other well known internet brands.

    Marketing Assistant

    Kris is our Marketing Assistant, helping us spread the word about EveryCloud. She comes to us with a background in marketing and marketing research.

    SEO

    Rik is our passionate SEO expert/perfectionist. In the last 10 years, he's discovered over 200 patterns in Google's algorithm and helped take EveryCloud's exposure up a level.

    Technology Technician

    Damien is our Technology Technician based out of Australia, where he ensures our platform runs as effectively as possible for local customers.

    Australasian Support Team Lead

    Damon heads up our Australasian Support Team, where we give local support to Partners and End Users.

    Rajan is a Web Developer at EveryCloud focusing on the day-to-day running of our websites and backend systems.
